Rebuilt Performance ApS does its utmost to comply with Danish and European regulations regarding health and nutrition claims. As a young, fast-growing company in an extremely competitive and rapidly evolving market for new functional ingredients, it can often be challenging to keep up with ongoing legislation while remaining commercially competitive, especially when new and larger brands enter the market (often without following the same rules we do).
That said, we have sought – and continue to seek – professional and legal advice to ensure that we do everything reasonably expected to comply with the rules and remain lawful as the market evolves.
It can be frustrating that there are many ingredients and benefits of our products that we are not legally allowed to tell you about. But we have highlighted some of the claims we are allowed to make, as well as some that are on hold, and included links to more information below – so please take a look, and feel free to contact us if we can assist you in any way.
