Payment
When ordering, the prices listed on the website at the time of order apply. All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are stated in connection with the order.
We offer a number of payment options, which you will be informed about when you place your order. You will always be offered one or more payment methods without fees, but additional costs may be incurred with individual payment options, which will be stated when you select it.
An SSL-encrypted connection is used for the payment transaction.
The amount is only debited when the goods are shipped from Rebuilt. A larger amount than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be debited.
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Mobilepay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, American Express and Union Pay.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until we send the item and debit the amount, or until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
validity period has expired and can be used for a later purchase. When purchasing gift cards, the purchase amount is not included in the conditions for offers.
Delivery
At Rebuilt, we offer free home delivery for purchases over DKK 399.
Our delivery time is 1-3 working days with DAO Pakkeshop and DAO Hjemmelevering.
DAO delivers packages 7 days a week.
Order before 10 AM on a weekday (Monday-Friday) and your order will be shipped the same day.
Shipping prices start from DKK 39. But you can also get free home delivery if you buy for more than DKK 399.
Your order will be delivered with the shipping method you choose when placing your order.
Depending on the chosen method and the total order amount, a shipping fee may be charged. When ordering larger or heavier items, some shipping methods may not be available for selection.
We always state the expected delivery time on the website, which varies according to the chosen delivery method.
The expected delivery time is calculated in working days – and we always strive to deliver within the estimated number of working days for delivery.
Delivery of goods from Rebuilt is considered to have taken place when you as a consumer have received the goods. The risk and responsibility for goods purchased from Rebuilt only pass to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Uncollected packages
It is your responsibility to collect or receive your order in accordance with the instructions you receive in connection with delivery.
Packages not collected within the deadline stated in the delivery notification will be returned to our warehouse. We charge the actual costs associated with the package being returned to us.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies for 31 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
You have 31 days to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
For health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal lapses if sealed food products have been opened after delivery.

Partial cancellation of purchase
If you have purchased several items from us in the same order, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that any quantity discounts and achievement of free shipping may be affected.
Returns
You must bear the costs of returning the package, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport or if the package does not reach our correct return address.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies, for example, to very large or heavy products. The return costs for these items will generally be somewhat more expensive than the shipment of a standard package, however, the freight fee is expected to cost a maximum of DKK 1,000.00, NOK 1,000.00, SEK 1,000.00, FI EURO 130.00.
Right to complain
When you shop with us, we offer a 24-month right to complain.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
For goods with limited durability, your right to complain is limited by the durability period Rebuilt has stated to you.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
When you wish to complain about a product, please contact us in writing so that the further process can be arranged. To facilitate handling, please include a picture and describe the defect in the product.
If it is a food product, a picture of the LOT number must be included (this is generally found in connection with the expiry date on the product).
If the item needs to be returned, it must always be sent back in proper packaging and using our return label. Remember to get a receipt for shipment.
Prices, offers, and discount codes
We occasionally offer deals, discount codes, and gifts; these are only valid for the period stated in connection with the offer and while supplies last.
Offers activated with a discount code cannot be combined with other offers, and thus only 1 discount code can be used per order.
If you return your order in whole or in part, you may no longer meet the terms of the offer, and this may mean you have to return your received gifts, or no longer receive a specific discount.
The above also applies to quantity discounts, which will lapse if the conditions for them are no longer met.
Orders with errors, including pricing errors, can be canceled if you reasonably should have been aware that there was an error.

Complaints
If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact customer service at kundeservice@rebuiltperformance.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can send a complaint to:

To be able to complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for having the complaint processed.

Pre-order information
If you choose to place a pre-order, this will be clearly indicated in the product title.
In the product description, you can find information about the expected delivery time, indicating how many days may pass before the item is dispatched.
If you have ordered multiple items in the same order, some of which are pre-orders, the entire order will be dispatched when the pre-order is ready for delivery.
If your pre-order has a waiting period of more than 7 days, we will need to withdraw payment from your account before dispatch.
This is because we cannot reserve funds for a longer period, and the order will be cancelled if payment cannot be obtained.
Please note that delivery times may change, as they are based on estimates.
Any changes in the expected delivery time will be updated on the product page.

Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Rebuilt products or your results with them, our products can be returned for a full refund (shipping excluded).
If you wish to refund your purchase, you will be offered it within 30 days if it meets the following requirements:
1. The item(s) must not have been used in a way that significantly diminishes their commercial value.
This could include opening and removing the freshness seal and starting to use the product.
This is because, due to food authorities' requirements for health protection and hygiene safety, the right of withdrawal unfortunately lapses when a sealed food product has been opened.
2. Please enclose the invoice for the purchase as documentation that the returned item(s) were purchased from us at www.rebuiltperformance.dk.
3. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it is properly packaged, and you bear the risk for the item from the time of its delivery.
4. Please send an email to a customer support representative at kundeservice@rebuiltperformance.dk.
5. Once you have completed this, return the product(s) (in their original packaging with the freshness seal unopened) via a trackable postal service to the address provided by our customer support representative.
6. You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to contact us. Any return requests received after 30 days will not be processed.
7. Incomplete, incomprehensible, or illegible claims will be considered invalid.
8. Once the item(s) have been returned, the purchase price of the product(s) will be refunded to you.

If you follow the above guidelines, we will endeavor to refund the product's price to you (minus shipping costs) once the item(s) have been received by us. The amount will be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.
