If you wish for a refund of your purchase, it will be offered to you within 30 days if it meets the following requirements:
1. The item(s) must not have been used in a way that significantly diminishes their commercial value.
This could be opening and removing the freshness seal and starting to use the product.
This is because, due to the food authorities' requirements for health protection and hygiene safety, the right of withdrawal unfortunately lapses when a sealed food product has been opened.
2. We ask you to enclose the invoice for the purchase as documentation that the returned item(s) were purchased from us at www.rebuiltperformance.dk.
3. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged, and you bear the risk for the item from the time of its delivery.
4. Please send an email to a customer support representative at kundeservice@rebuiltperformance.dk.
5. Once completed, you will return the product(s) (in their original packaging with the freshness seal unopened) via a trackable postal service to the address provided by our customer support representative.
6. You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to contact us. Any return requests received after 30 days will not be processed.
7. Incomplete, unintelligible, or unreadable claims will be considered invalid.
8. Once the item(s) are returned, the purchase price of the product(s) will be refunded to you.
