Subscription Terms and Conditions – effective from 17 September 2024

These Subscription Terms and Conditions only apply if you are subscribed to Rebuilt Performance ApS for one or more of Rebuilt’s products. The Subscription Terms and Conditions supplement the described Terms of Sale. In the event of a discrepancy between the Terms of Sale and the Subscription Terms and Conditions, the Subscription Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Changes to the Subscription Terms and Conditions

Rebuilt Performance ApS reserves the right to amend these Subscription Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be announced to take effect with at least one month's notice. Non-material changes and changes to your advantage may be implemented without notice. You can always find the current version of Rebuilt's Subscription Terms and Conditions here at rebuiltperformance.dk. Upon request to Rebuilt Customer Service, we will gladly send the current Subscription Terms and Conditions by e-mail.

Subscription Relationship

When you subscribe to one or more products, your order confirmation or receipt will show that the product(s) are set up for subscription. When products are put on subscription, you choose the frequency at which you want the product(s) sent to you. Rebuilt will then continuously send you the products at the chosen frequency until the subscription is cancelled or changed. You can make changes or cancel your subscription yourself under 'Manage Subscription' on your rebuiltperformance.dk, or Rebuilt Customer Service can assist you. There is no binding period when you subscribe to products with Rebuilt, and you can cancel at any time with 48 hours' notice prior to the next subscription delivery.

Rebuilt will regularly send you emails regarding your subscription, your subscription shipments, and payment. You are responsible for updating your email address on your subscription profile. You must be at least 18 years old to create a subscription. We reserve the right to refuse to do business with you without justification.

Subscription Delivery

Some of our shipping options incur a fee. However, you always have the option to choose a free shipping method for all your subscription deliveries, regardless of the type or address you choose. If you have multiple products on subscription, these will be delivered with the same delivery method and to the same delivery address. You choose which delivery method you wish to use for the first delivery. Thereafter, Rebuilt reserves the right to change the delivery provider for subsequent subscription deliveries, but always to your chosen address. You can at any time change the delivery method (e.g. from home delivery to parcel locker) or address by contacting Rebuilt customer service.

If you have two or more subscriptions whose future deliveries are in close proximity to each other, Rebuilt reserves the right to combine these deliveries into a single shipment.

Subscription Payment

To subscribe to one or more products, payment via credit card is required. If you have multiple products on subscription, the same credit card will be used for all of them. You can change your credit card at any time under 'Manage Subscription'. When you subscribe to one or more products, you accept that Rebuilt may automatically and continuously charge the credit card linked to your subscription. Funds are debited each time Rebuilt dispatches the subscription product(s) to you. The general cardholder rules, including liability rules, that you have entered into with the card issuer also apply when you use your credit card for subscription purchases on rebuiltperformance.dk. Payment occurs in the same way as with a standard card purchase, where you enter your payment card details yourself. However, you only need to enter your payment details the first time you register as a subscriber on rebuiltperformance.dk. If you choose to purchase additional subscriptions subsequently, we will use the payment card you used and saved when you first created a subscription.

Cancellation

Your subscribed products can be easily cancelled at any time. However, if you have an upcoming subscription delivery within the next 48 hours, it will not be possible to cancel this, and your cancellation can only take effect thereafter.

Changes to your information

If you have changes to your subscription, such as address changes, frequency changes, or similar, you can update this under 'Manage Subscription' on your Rebuilt profile. It is your responsibility to notify us of address changes, as we do not automatically receive notifications about them. Changes must be communicated no later than 48 hours before they are to take effect.

Subscription Discount and Pricing

As a subscriber, you consistently receive:
17% discount on the normal price of products you choose to subscribe to.
Free gifts with a total value exceeding DKK 660.
Always free shipping (normal price DKK 39).
Always at the front of the queue.
Exclusive access to our new product before everyone else and at an introductory price.

When you subscribe to a product, you may find that there is a campaign running on that product at the same time. In this case, Rebuilt ensures you receive the best discount available at that moment, even if it is higher than 17%. Subsequently, you will receive a 17% discount on the normal price for upcoming subscription deliveries.

Processing of personal data regarding subscriptions

In order for you to enter into a subscription agreement with Rebuilt, we need the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Information about your purchases
• Card details

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering goods to you and to handle inquiries regarding your subscription. Your information will also be used for profiling to gain knowledge about your product preferences so that we can target our marketing to you. The processing takes place in accordance with the rules in our privacy policy and in accordance with the terms of sale.
