When everyday life became too heavy
For years, Lotte was the one who had everything under control. Her family, her job, all the practicalities. Until the day she was assaulted at work - and everything changed.
PTSD crept in. Sleep disappeared first. Then energy. Then the desire for the small things that used to make sense: making dinner, going for a walk, being present for her family.
Lotte tried most things. Therapy. Supplements from the pharmacy. Changing routines. Some things helped a little. Most things didn't help at all.
Lotte tells her story - short version.
"Before I started on Pure Greens, I was very tired, and I didn't have much energy."
When something finally started to shift
It wasn't one magical product that turned everything around. It was a choice to do a little - every day. A spoonful of Pure Greens in a glass of water in the morning. Done in 30 seconds.
In the beginning, she felt nothing. After two weeks, her digestion started working again. After a month, she had the energy to go for her morning walk - the one she hadn't taken in three years.
It wasn't a miracle. It was a cornerstone. But when you've lacked a cornerstone long enough, it feels like a miracle.
"I feel like I've gained more energy since I started drinking Pure Greens. It does my body good."
Where Lotte is today
Lotte is still on her way. PTSD doesn't disappear just because you drink greens in the morning. But she has got her morning routine back. Her energy for her family. Room for the small things that made her happy - like knitting a sweater for her daughter while listening to an audiobook.
She is one of those who want to make a difference. For herself. For her family. For her everyday life.
"It's also a joy to knit a sweater for my daughter and say: now a new sweater has been made. It's really lovely."
